My passion for movement, initially cultivated as a dragon boat athlete, led me to become interested in how the body adapts, strengthens, and recovers. But it was my experience in the field, in various settings such as hospitals, private clinics, and rehabilitation centers, that shaped this practice.

 

Through internships in functional rehabilitation with seniors, work in healthcare facilities, and follow-ups with active individuals, I have met many patients at all stages of their journey: some had been living with pain for years, others were recovering from surgery, and many simply felt lost in the face of their condition.

 

The main lesson learned was that most people don't need ready-made solutions. They need a plan designed for them.

 

That's why the approach taken is human and individualized, and begins by listening to each person's story. Whether the goal is to manage an injury, resume an activity, or push athletic limits, a treatment plan is built together, aligned with each person's goals, lifestyle, and pace.

 

Through rigorous assessments, active care, and evidence-based strategies, the goal is simple: to help each person move with more confidence.
